Fieldproof works only if coaches trust what they read and families feel safe. These standards apply to every account.

Be accurate

Report real statistics, real measurables and real test results.
Upload only film of yourself, or film you have permission to use.
Never enter a coach endorsement on a coach's behalf.
Label unofficial numbers as self-reported — that is what the label is for.

Be respectful

No harassment, threats, hate speech or targeting of another athlete or program.
No sharing another athlete's private profile, film or contact information.
No recruiting spam, paid promises of scholarships, or third-party solicitation.

Coach conduct

Verified coaches must follow their own institution's and governing body's recruiting rules, including contact-period restrictions. Evaluations are private to your program and must stay professional and job-related.

Enforcement

We warn, restrict, or remove accounts depending on severity. Child-safety violations, coach impersonation and falsified verification are immediate removals with no warning.
