By creating a Fieldproof account you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review them with you.

One person per account. Athlete accounts require a birthdate; athletes under 18 require a linked parent or guardian account. Coach accounts require an institutional email address, a school or program, a coaching title, and manual approval by Fieldproof.
You own your film, statistics and documents. You grant Fieldproof a limited licence to store and display that content to the people you choose to share it with, and to generate your fact sheet and public recruiting link.
Premium is $9.99 per month, billed monthly through Paddle until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for. Coach accounts are free during the pilot.
Falsifying statistics, film, transcripts, coach endorsements or a coaching identity is grounds for immediate removal. Verification labels exist so coaches can trust what they see; misuse of them harms every athlete on the platform.
Fieldproof is in an early pilot. Features described as "launching during pilot" are not yet available, and the service is provided as-is without warranty. We will tell you before any feature you pay for changes materially.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, our Community Standards or our Child Safety policy, with a refund of any unused paid period where required by law.
