REFUND POLICY

Premium is $9.99 per month with no contract. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Membership in your account. Billing stops immediately and Premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months on cancellation.

14-day first-payment refund

If Premium is not what you expected, email billing@fieldproofathlete.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions.

Other refunds

Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
A minor charged without guardian consent is refunded in full.
Extended outages that block Premium features are credited or refunded.
Accounts removed for policy violations are not refunded.

How refunds are issued

Paddle is our merchant of record. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Your Paddle receipt email also includes a billing-management link.

Deleting your data

Cancelling keeps your profile on the Standard plan. If you want everything removed instead, request account deletion and we delete your profile and video files within 30 days.
