PRIVACY POLICY

• Account data: name, email, password hash, account role, birthdate.
• Athlete profile: sport, position, class year, school, state, measurables, statistics.
• Uploads: highlight video, transcripts and documents you choose to add.
• Parent data: the guardian email an athlete enters, and the linked parent account.
• Coach data: institutional email, school or program, coaching title.
• Usage data: profile views, video views and fact-sheet downloads.

Your profile is private by default. Nothing is publicly visible until you enable sharing. Personal contact details are hidden from public profiles unless you turn them on, and minors' contact details route through the linked parent account.

Verified coach accounts can search athletes who have published a recruiting profile. Coaches see recruiting information — not passwords, payment data, home addresses or parent contact details you have not published.

• Up to 40 video clips on Premium
• Maximum 200 MB per file
• Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, M4V, WEBM
• 8 GB total storage per athlete account
• Delete an account and video files are removed within 30 days from backups
• Account records are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Fieldproof never stores card numbers. Paddle receives the billing information required to process your payment.

You can export or delete your data, turn sharing off at any time, unlink a parent account, or ask us to remove a specific clip or statistic. Email privacy@fieldproofathlete.com and we respond within 30 days.

Fieldproof does not sell athlete data, does not sell contact lists to third-party recruiting services, and does not run third-party advertising on athlete profiles.
